Bring files, knowledge and AI tools together for research, drafting and recurring work. TextCortex provides a free entry and paid model usage, with custom agents and connected knowledge features.
TextCortex's current product emphasizes connected knowledge, multiple models and configurable agents. A user can build a knowledge base, ask questions against selected material and develop a reusable assistant for a recurring task. The key advantage is keeping relevant reference material near the AI interaction, rather than starting every draft with an empty conversation. It suits internal knowledge lookup, structured research and context-aware writing.
Choose a narrow document set for the first knowledge base. Include only current policy or product information and ask questions whose answers can be checked against those files. Then define an agent's job, output format and escalation behavior. A good reusable instruction says what source to trust and when to admit that the documents do not contain an answer.
Internal knowledge lookup: Answer a staff question from an approved reference set.
Document-aware drafting: Create a draft that follows current product or policy information.
Research preparation: Gather an initial structured answer and verify source claims.

Curate the references: Select current documents and remove duplicate or obsolete files.
Build a limited knowledge base: Upload permitted files and note which questions it should answer.
Configure the agent: Specify source use, format and behavior when evidence is missing.
Review answers and usage: Check sample answers against documents and monitor model limits or storage.

Enterprise has quoted pricing and organization controls such as SSO and centralized billing. Included model usage is subject to a linked usage-limit policy, so an unlimited slider label should be read together with those terms.

Design, test and deploy an agent across web chat or voice, grounding answers in an approved knowledge base and routing exceptions to people. The current public pricing page offers a free trial and usage-based or quoted plans, without a stable numeric self-serve table.
Build customer-facing agents and a help center, test them in Studio, and route conversations to a team when needed. New-workspace pricing is based on conversations, with separate AI spend and automatic paid top-ups.
